At e-Bodegas, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every refurbished iPhone we sell. That’s why every device comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty — at no extra cost.


✅ What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against manufacturer defects and internal hardware failures that occur under normal usage conditions, including:

  • Touchscreen malfunctions

  • Charging issues

  • Battery performance (under 80% health within the first year)

  • Speaker or microphone problems

  • Camera or Face ID faults


❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Water or liquid exposure

  • Physical or accidental damage (drops, cracks, dents, etc.)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Neglect, misuse, or abuse

  • Loss or theft of the device


🛠 How to Request a Warranty Claim

If your device isn’t functioning properly:

  1. Email us at info@e-bodegas.com

  2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue

  3. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse (shipping is the customer’s responsibility)

  5. Upon inspection, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion


🔁 Processing Time

Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you by email once your warranty claim has been reviewed.
