✅ What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against manufacturer defects and internal hardware failures that occur under normal usage conditions, including:

Touchscreen malfunctions
Charging issues
Battery performance (under 80% health within the first year)
Speaker or microphone problems
Camera or Face ID faults

❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Water or liquid exposure
Physical or accidental damage (drops, cracks, dents, etc.)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Neglect, misuse, or abuse
Loss or theft of the device

🛠 How to Request a Warranty Claim

If your device isn’t functioning properly:

Email us at info@e-bodegas.com
Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue
We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Ship the item back to our warehouse (shipping is the customer’s responsibility)
Upon inspection, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion

🔁 Processing Time

Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you by email once your warranty claim has been reviewed.
