Return & Warranty Policy – e-Bodegas

At e-Bodegas, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished iPhones. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all devices purchased through our store.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting us at info@e-bodegas.com and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • A brief description of the reason for return

Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as received, including original accessories (if applicable).

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All refurbished iPhones sold by e-Bodegas include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Hardware defects not caused by the customer

  • Battery and charging issues not related to misuse

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage resulting from accidental drops, water exposure, or misuse

  • Cracked screens, dents, or any physical damage

  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or tampering

  • Software issues due to third-party apps or modifications

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@e-bodegas.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  2. You will receive an RMA and return instructions if your claim is approved.

  3. Customer is responsible for shipping the device to our warehouse.

We will inspect the device upon arrival and confirm if the issue is covered. If it is, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered, we will notify you with repair options.
